2. Overview
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking services. Fonts are served locally from our server; no connections to third-party font services are made. We process personal data only in the cases described below.
3. Hosting
This website is served via Firebase Hosting, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (in particular IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser identifier) to deliver the website and ensure operational security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of the website). A transfer to the USA (Google LLC) cannot be ruled out; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
4. Contact form and email
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, optionally company, project type, budget and message) exclusively to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation of a contractual relationship) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.
The form does not transmit your data to a form service provider. On submission your own email client opens with a prepared message to office@qazar.app, so the message is sent via your own email provider. Our mailbox is operated as part of Google Workspace by Google Ireland Limited, acting as a processor on our behalf.
